iPhoolish Jumps On A Flowy Ballad Alongside Mbuzi Gang, Thee Exit Band And Uncle Jing Jong
Off his new Ep, Yinga, iPhoolish premiered Napenda Wote and four other songs on digital streaming platforms just recently.
This brand new collaboration consists of Fathermoh opens the track with his showstopping hook, then Uncle Jing Jong comes in with his dancehall flows on which ladies he finds agreable to.
iPhoolish opens the second verse giving us that gengetone-influenced sound.
Joefes raps with a cheeky appealing reference in a playful braggadocious way.
Thee Exit Band nail the song’s chorus on the head when they chant;
“Napenda wote. Wote. Napenda wote. Thirty ama awe forty. Weupe adi chocolate” x2
The boys repeat the terms “Napenda Wote” so that it “rings” otherwise the song could be just one endless stream with no form. The lyrics and melody flow in that the song will have you bopping your head to it or hopping on the dance and grooving to it. With a beat from Kashkeed this sounds both celestial and corky in many ways.
Check out “Napenda Wote” below and do show the artists some love!
