Sipangwingwi; How This Jam Became A Political Hit

Sipangwingwi is a famous track by Exray Taniua ft Trio Mio and Ssaru. Exray later remixed the song alongside Kenya's president-elect, Dr. William Samoei Ruto. Despite starting as an in-joke and it being tagged a "hate speech" term, the song undoubtedly ranks as on of the most powerful protest songs of all time and deserves to be recognised as such. It is an empowering track that emancipates citizens to not be taken for granted with the ruling administration. It also urges Kenyans to mind their own businesses, keeping their attention focused entirely on what's truly their own concerns. It don't matter what type of job or hustle one does, it don't matter what or how your life is, just work and mind your own business. In the Remix, Exray states point blank of his support to the former Deputy President, he sings;
Me siwezi pangwa na system, Ama siasa za ukabila, Kura zote napea hustler,
 Bottom up mkono me nataka...Kenya wote si tumechoka,
Vijana kwa Wazee tumechoka, Wamama wote wamechoka, Kama ni kupangwa, Me sipangwingwi...
Dp Ruto is seen dancing to the song alongside Exray. He's heard saying "Mboka ni mboka, wera ni wera". The song highlights the manifestos promised by DP Ruto as he was vying for the presidency spot and now that he's almost being sworn into the seat, we pray and hope that he brings it fruition. Upon his swearing in on Tuesday, September 13th, Exray Taniua will be among the crowd to witness the pronouncement of his icon. He will also be performing at the event.
