Fathermoh glistens on 'Dai Dai', a new rap clash with Shekinah Karen

Fathermoh, Mbuzi Gang's 1/3 member has blessed us with an amazing duet called DaiDai featuring Shekinah Karen. Who said Kenya's sweetheart can be a crafty? Just ask Shekinah Karen. The two clicked in this jam filled with tough lyrics of them expressing their deepest views of their relationship late at night. It's so relatable to our day to day lives, for mostly those in relationships, and what's not there to like in a song that narrates one's perception. Kenyans on Tiktok have taken it a topnotch by doing duet challenges enacting equally hilarious videos of the characters.

Surprisingly, the song is not out yet, but it's blazing people's social pages, meaning that it's worth being in your playlist and worth being listened to on repeat. Fathermoh just goes line for line with punchy points like "I am sick of this I thought utatulia nikikuoa," and Shekinah Karen doesn't hold back when she replys, "Nitatulia wapi si we ndo uliimba sherehe ni sheria,"  which is so ironic! I loved the second verse when Fathermoh states that he'd want his relationship to be like celebrity couples here in Kenya- in which Shekinah isn't that convinced.
Despite the song being a rap battle full of anger and emotions the guy eventually asks his girl to stay and they reconcile, eventually going back to him. It's totally normal, and healthy for couples to fight till the bigger person makes a clean breast of the situation and they seat to an agreement.

The song is a great composition without fail, Fathermoh has displayed incredible talent at creating hard hitting clubs songs and brooding tracks- and this song is a beautifully executed combination of both, by showing things as they are. Check out the duos' socials and follow them to be updated on this and many more projects to come. Don't forget to hop on Tiktok and participation in the challenge.
