Nande Boyz Touching Message In "Souci" Asking One Not To Worry
Nande Boyz is a four man band from Congo but currently living in Uganda. Having started music back in 2016, the four lads have a couple of hits off their sleeves singing a mixture of RnB, afrofusion and lingala which you can enjoy listening to.
The four have a new music video out dubbed Souci fresh off their new Ep, Safari. The Ep consists of 6 most beautiful songs you'll ever hear; Safari, Souci, Panadol, It's Okay ft. Keilah, Tumewakera and Filter. They mix English, French and Swahili which comes out outstandingly.
Souci literally translates as 'worry', or 'without worry'. They boys sing that one day, they'll have no worry in life, they won't struggle or cry no more. Souci, which is based on a true story, is such an amazing song with Nande Boyz singing their hearts out in vintage outfits and casual where. They are seen at first drinking and seemingly lamenting about their hard lives. The scenes switch to them going to church to express their worries to the priest.
Souci is such a motivating song, asking people to not worry since things may change one day for them.
There are plenty of contemporary musicians who have tapped into this hybrid style of afrofusion and Nande Boyz have brought forth this unique African-rooted sound that is rarely played on mainstream media. Check out Souci by Nande Boyz and don't forget to share the track widely for recognition.
