Sugarcane; Seska's First Ep

 The name Seska is not new to us. Yes, he's a veteran of Kenyan's popular gengetone themed music, yes, he's still a member of Ethic Entertainment and yes, he is also a solo artist. Here's one of the most creative artist with unquestionable talent and street appeal. He is, as I stated, one-fourth of the Ethic group and together they've released a series of hit singles that began with Lamba Lolo. 

The rapper has never really left the scene, he still retains relevance and reminds us of his greatness at every opportunity he performs. Since the artists are free to pursue their own solo projects (group efforts aside), Seska has since been working on a solo EP dubbed Sugarcane. Apart from his vibes, one thing I love about Seska is his knowledge on wordplay, his mixture of words during rap has unique features that makes him quirky out of the many rappers we have in Kenya. Here's since been featured on a couple of hits like; Kondiko alongside Maddox and Iano Ranking, Magikombe with Dayson Lyrics and Kuparty alongside Von Prince. In my opinion, taking a solo career helps an artist get the right attention they enjoy and the positive reviews they'd always expect, not that it's any different when one is in a band.
